Depending on the building’s size, it can be built in 3 days up to several weeks. The area should be prepared in advance, ensuring that the foundation slab is set on proper layers of the ground.

The freedom of finishing the facade allows to fit the building into the local architectural context. Therefore, the facade can be made of stone, wood, metal, or plaster. Using facade cladding imitating natural materials also provides the possibility of replacing a damaged element in the case of vandalism. Access to apartments is provided via modular staircases enabling the accumulation of storeys and efficiently taking advantage of the space intended for construction. Prefabricated roof units allow roofing.
